Welcher Hitzeschutz beschwert feines Haar nicht?
Der ghd bodyguard für feines Haar ist als schwereloses, nicht fettendes Spray formuliert. Er schützt feines Haar vor Temperaturen bis 230 °C und soll laut Hersteller gleichzeitig den Durchmesser jeder einzelnen Strähne vergrößern, gemessen gegenüber luftgetrocknetem Haar.
Sprühe ich das ins nasse oder ins trockene Haar?
Trage es vor dem Hitzestyling gleichmäßig auf und kämme durch, die verbesserte Kämmbarkeit ist einer der Punkte, die ghd hier hervorhebt. Bei feinem Haar arbeitest du besser aus etwas Abstand und in mehreren leichten Zügen, statt punktuell viel aufzutragen. Danach kannst du föhnen, glätten oder locken.
Ist das nur für dünnes Haar sinnvoll?
Die Formel ist auf feines und dünnes Haar abgestimmt, weil sie das natürliche Volumen erhalten soll. Bei kräftigem oder dickem Haar ist die klassische bodyguard-Variante die naheliegendere Wahl. Für coloriertes Haar gibt es wiederum eine eigene Ausführung.

Was passt gut dazu?
ghd nennt den chronos als ideale Kombination. Fehlt dir zusätzlich Standfestigkeit am Ansatz, ergänzt der ghd body goals Volumenschaum gut. Auf schwere Öle vor dem Styling würde ich bei feinem Haar verzichten.
