Brauche ich vor dem Glätteisen wirklich einen Hitzeschutz?
Ja. Ohne Schutzfilm trifft die Hitze direkt auf die Haarfaser, und das rächt sich mit der Zeit durch Bruch und stumpfe Längen. Das Kerasilk Styling Flat Iron Spray schützt laut Hersteller bis 230 Grad und erleichtert nebenbei das Durchziehen mit dem Eisen.
Auf feuchtes oder trockenes Haar auftragen?
Das Haar muss vollständig trocken sein, sonst entsteht beim Glätten Dampf im Haar. Aus etwa 15 bis 20 Zentimetern Abstand strähnenweise aufsprühen und mit Kamm oder Bürste verteilen, dann erst das Eisen ansetzen.
Verträgt feines oder coloriertes Haar das Spray?
Die Formel ist leicht genug für feines Haar und legt sich nicht als Film auf. Bei coloriertem Haar ist Hitzeschutz besonders sinnvoll, weil Hitze die Farbe zusätzlich beansprucht. Täglich glätten solltest du trotzdem nicht.
Was ist der Unterschied zum bändigenden Balsam?
Der Kerasilk Specialist Bändigende Balsam kommt ins feuchte Haar und pflegt mit, das Flat Iron Spray wird ins trockene Haar direkt vor dem Glätten gesprüht. Föhnst du erst und glättest danach, kannst du beides nacheinander einsetzen.
Was gibt danach noch Glanz?
Nach dem Glätten bändigst du die letzten Härchen mit einem Tropfen Haaröl oder etwas Finishing Cream. Mehr Spray nachträglich bringt nichts, es arbeitet nur zusammen mit der Hitze.
